Liability Limitations

- Raven Multimedia is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or misdirected mail (shipments).

- Raven Multimedia cannot be held liable for tapes/films/pictures that are or become damaged. Submitting any video tapes/films/pictures to our company for conversion or other handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damage or loss by our company, even if caused by frailty, age, or any other reason, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of new video tapes/films/film/slides. We are not responsible for any videos/films/pictures that are not accepted or picked up within 30 days of completion.

- By submitting an order, Customer declares and warrants that, to the best of their knowledge, all materials provided for conversion and/or duplication are not in violation of any copyright laws. The video materials submitted were either created by Customer or Customer has the right to permit Raven Multimedia to perform duplication services, or Customer has the permission of the copyright owner to duplicate video materials and written release form is provided.

Our Guarantee

- Raven Multimedia does not represent or warrant that the services provided will be error-free or that defects can, or will, be corrected. However, within 30 days, if for any reason you don't like the quality of the items we create for you, we'll refund your money (less shipping) upon return of all produced items.

- Raven Multimedia agrees to take exceptional care in the handling and processing of all tapes/films/pictures, solely for the purposes specified by the customer. Only well-maintained professional equipment will be used to play back your tapes/films (usually only once).

- Your privacy is guaranteed. Submitted materials will be viewed solely by Raven Multimedia personnel and exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling our obligations to the customer.
